Meet Our Team
Michael Tope, Founder
As the visionary for CBR in 1998, Michael attracted and supported our very first clients. After several years of
both PEO and construction experience, he found his talents were best utilized creating solutions for clients. He was always searching
for ways to make his clients more successful in the PEO offering and that has not changed today.
Michael’s path is the one of almost every American business
entrepreneur…finding ways to succeed in a competitive marketplace,
never taking anything for granted, and personally taking care
of clients when needed. With 20 years of experience as an
entrepreneur and sales executive, Michael brings a multitude
of assets to the CBR team and clients. Michael has served
the industry association (NAPEO) in various capacities during
the years, and holds his contractor’s license.
Harry Glazer,
Vice President Sales
Harry Glazer is the vice president of sales and marketing at Creative Business Resources (CBR),
a Phoenix, Ariz.-based professional employer organization (PEO). He brings to CBR more than
five years experience in the PEO industry. He is responsible for overseeing the sales, marketing
and client retention facets of the company as well as spearheading the growth and development
initiatives of CBR. Prior to his current position, Glazer served as a human resources outsourcing
consultant helping to bring new business through direct sales leads. He has since moved his way
up the company ladder, now acting as the driving force behind all sales and marketing efforts. His
sales and marketing strategies have allowed CBR to maintain steady growth in the PEO space.
Glazer entered the PEO industry in 2003 leading the sales department at one of Arizona’s largest
PEOs. After helping the company establish effective sales processes and tactics he decided to
follow his entrepreneurial aspirations and found his own PEO. After selling this company, Glazer
joined CBR in 2007 and has since helped the company become a leader in the PEO industry.
Glazer is heavily involved in the business community, acting as a member of the National
Professional Employment Organization and the American Subcontractor Association. Glazer lives
in Phoenix with his wife and two children.
Mark Gorchoff, CPA - Vice President of Finance
Mark Gorchoff is vice president of finance for Creative Business Resources (CBR), a Phoenix,
Ariz.-based professional employer organization. In his current role, Gorchoff is responsible for
overseeing and managing the financial activities of the company. Gorchoff brings to CBR more
than 25 years experience as a senior financial executive with companies in the manufacturing,
distribution, Internet and service industries. In addition to his CFO responsibilities, Gorchoff
managed the human resources, MIS, legal affairs and strategic planning activities for these
previous employers. Prior to joining CBR, Gorchoff served as CFO of Inertia Dynamics
Corporation, a NASDAQ listed lawn and garden products manufacturer, and was the CFO of
Sandbox Entertainment, where he prepared the first registered Internet venture capital offering.
Gorchoff also has worked as an independent financial consultant, advising a number of clients on
capital structure, financial reporting, consolidations, budgeting and forecasting, as well litigation
and business plans. Gorchoff is a licensed CPA in Arizona and holds a Masters of Business
Administration from Ohio State University. In 2007, he was named a finalist for the “Chief
Financial Officer of the Year Awards” by Arizona Business Magazine. In his free time, Gorchoff
enjoys playing golf.
Camille French-McCaleb, Vice President of Operations and Human Resources
Camille McCaleb serves as vice president of operations and human resources at Creative
Business Resources (CBR). She joined CBR in 2005 and has played an integral part of the
culture and infrastructure of CBR. She is responsible for oversight of the human resources,
benefits, payroll, training and systems divisions. McCaleb drives HR compliance and strategies
for all CBR clients and their employees as well as assists businesses with improving human
resources processes, performance management and leadership development programs.
McCaleb has more than 15 years experience with human resources and payroll in seniormanagement
level positions for companies such as Robert Redford’s Sundance Catalog
Company, Climatec, Inc. and West Jordan City. She also has independently consulted for several
small-to medium-sized companies.
McCaleb earned her Masters of Business Administration from Westminster College and her
Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management from Arizona State University. Additionally,
she holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification (SPHR).
McCaleb is heavily involved in the human resources and PEO industry and is an active member
of many professional organizations to include: NAPEO (National Association of Professional
Employment Organizations) where she participates on the Immigration Task Force and elected to
reside as chairperson for the NAPEO Arizona Leadership Counsel for 2009 & 2010, SHRM
(Society for Human Resource Management), elite member of NAPW (National Association of
Professional Women) and EAGP (Executive Association of Greater Phoenix). She enjoys
traveling, reading and outdoor activities such as golf, skiing and softball. McCaleb is a three-time
participant in the Susan G. Komen’s Race for the Cure and she and her family currently sponsor
three underprivileged children though World Vision and Compassion International.
