CBR Named Arizona Company to Watch
 Creative Business Resources (CBR), a company providing
human resource outsourcing to small and medium sized businesses in Arizona and the greater
Southwest, was the only Professional Employee Organization (PEO) to be recognized by the
Arizona Small Business Association at this year’s “Arizona Companies to Watch” awards.
The awards honor 50 second-stage companies for their exemplary business achievements and
regional economic contributions. Second-stage companies are privately owned and
