Meet Our HR Consulting Team

 

Michael Tope – Founder

As the visionary for CBR in 1998, Michael attracted and supported our very first clients. After several years of both PEO and construction experience, he found his talents were best utilized creating solutions for clients. He was always searching for ways to make his clients more successful in the PEO offering and that has not changed today.

Michael’s path is the one of almost every American business entrepreneur…finding ways to succeed in a competitive marketplace, never taking anything for granted, and personally taking care of clients when needed. With 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and sales executive, Michael brings a multitude of assets to the CBR team and clients. Michael has served the industry association (NAPEO) in various capacities during the years, and holds his contractor’s license.

Aaron Witsoe – President

Aaron Witsoe began his career with a startup company in Chicago, developing an insurance publication for thousands of agents nationwide. The company grew rapidly, and became a great stepping stone for a young executive. After 10 years in this endeavor, Aaron joined CBR as the Regional Sales Manager, coordinating sales efforts with the service and operations teams.

Today, Aaron serves as the president of CBR, and is a strong leader. He has put his knowledge to good use by creating programs and internal controls for measuring the success of our efforts. His experience with managing people and resources, along with his creative selling approaches, have been vital to his ability to continue CBR's vision.

Aaron is also a devoted community leader. He currently serves as Chairperson to the Leadership Council in Arizona for NAPEO, an important leadership role in the PEO industry, which guides policy in Arizona and the US. Aaron has also served as President of the Executive Association of Greater Phoenix (EAGP) and is a member of several local organizations. He holds his life/health insurance license as well as a Bachelor's degree in Interpersonal and Group Communication.

Mark Gorchoff, CPA – Chief Financial Officer

With more than twenty-five years experience, Mark has served as CFO with companies in the Manufacturing, Distribution, Internet and Service industries. In addition to those responsibilities, he has also managed the Human Resources, MIS, Legal Affairs and Strategic Planning activities at these companies.

More specifically, Mark’s experience includes nine years as the CFO of Inertia Dynamics Corporation, a NASDAQ listed lawn and garden products manufacturer, and two years as CFO of Sandbox Entertainment, where he was responsible for preparing the first registered Internet public venture capital offering. Mark also served as an independent financial consultant advising on matters pertaining to capital structure, financial reporting, consolidations, budgeting and forecasting, litigation, and business plans. These clients ranged from a Germany-based laser manufacturer to a telecom equipment manufacturer. Mark is licensed as a CPA in Arizona and holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Ohio State University.

Camille French-McCaleb, MBA – Director of Operations & Human Resources

Camille directs the operations of the Human Resources, Benefits and Payroll divisions of CBR, as well as training for our staff. Additionally, she assists our clients in higher-level HR issues or problem resolution, including HR strategy, implementing policies, and lawsuit prevention.

Prior to joining CBR in 2005, she enjoyed more than a decade of directing Human Resources, developing and implementing policy strategies, compliance strategies and training programs at private and public companies such as Climatec, Inc., Robert Redford’s Sundance Catalog Company, and West Jordan City. Additionally, as an independent consultant, Camille has helped small to medium size companies improve their human resources processes, performance management and leadership development programs.

Camille earned her Masters of Business Administration degree to complement a Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management from Arizona State University.
