I don't feel a company is obligated to buy fans and heaters for their employees, but I do believe they are obligated to make sure everyone is working in a comfortable environment. Find out why there are hot and cold spots in the building and fix them. Also, I believe in the general rule of office clothing. You can always wear layers and adjust accordingly, however if you're too hot, you can't take it all off (unless you're a lifeguard!!) especially here in Arizona. So, for those colder people, give us hot people a break :) One other thing to add, hand sanitizer really helps with spreading of germs, so having that around is very helpful with all the colds going around, and around and around....(you get the point.)
