How Our HR Outsourcing Company Started

From the beginning when Michael Tope founded our HR Outsourcing company in Arizona in 1998, we have focused on HR Outsourcing Services instead of “cheap benefits” for our clients. We have become an HR Outsourcing industry leader and enjoy being involved in industry associations like local and national NAPEO and SHRM chapters. Although we have a long, successful history in the Human Resources and Payroll industry, it's not as relevant as where we're going. We focus on becoming better every day and not resting on past accomplishments. Thus, our future mission, vision and values are listed below.
