• HR Outsourcing Consultant (Sales) - Position Summary: Responsible for new growth by the selling of new PEO business accounts. Through marketing and networking, this position will assist the company in reaching and exceeding its sales goals. The position responsibilities include but are not limited to, ensuring adequate follow up on referrals, the prospecting of new leads, processing and preparing estimates, and maintaining and submitting proposals. One must also respond and follow up on all proposals, plan and report all sales data, and the ability to be part of a networking team for at least two industry associations. Some essential job functions include language, mathematical, and reasoning skills. In addition, the ability to write simple correspondence, to explain complex cost structures related to employer taxes, benefits,workers comp, etc, and the capacity to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions are all necessary. Lastly, the ability to deal with problems and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment. Must have ability to be a team player and possess excellent customer service skills.
