HR Outsourcing Consultant (Sales) -
Position Summary: Works closely with business owners, providing expert human resources advice, while developing new business clients for CBR. Responsible for developing annual goals and striving to meet those goals through networking, client interaction, cold calling, and follow up to website and client referrals. Conduct business meetings with decision makers and manages the sales process until first payroll is completed. Submit proposals and complete internal setup paperwork. Be a part of team discussions, brainstorming and forecasting opportunities in the market. Requires a minimum of 3 years sales experience, HR, payroll and/or benefits experience a plus.
